Description
A series of acrylic flower paintings have been created for an exhibition. As an artist movement is highly important to me, I try to work with expansive gesture and expressive brushstrokes in all my work.
This piece was based on a photograph I took in Rarotonga a few years ago. The way each petal opens out and 'moved' just made me want to capture it with paint.
